Slow cookers don't have to only be glorified pot roast machines! Here are over 80 different ways to make Vegetarian Main Course dinners at home in the crockpot slow cooker.



Many of the soups, stews, and bean dishes I've prepared can be made vegetarian by using vegetable broth instead of chicken or beef. Here are quite a few fully vegetarian (and a few vegan) dishes.

All recipes are completely gluten-free. If you are not gluten-free, simply ignore my notes, or file them away in case you ever need to cook for someone with a gluten sensitivity.

      3. OMG, 84 veggie recipes and almost all sound good - this will keep me busy. You only have one version of the dreaded MAC'N'CHEESE! I live in a warm climate with no A/C in my kitchen. Crockpot cooking is a necessity for me. Are these recipes in your "365 Days..." book?

      4. If someone is health conscious then he/she must go for vegetarian food. Despite looking for oily and spicy food, it is better to choose less oily and less spicy food. Great list it is of all vegetarian food, thanks for adding. Take a little diet and have a healthy life.
