New Book Alert: Slow Living, Cultivating a Life of Purpose in a Hustle-Driven World

 


Today is a day that I’ve been waiting for — for almost 20 years!!

I am so excited to finally announce the launch of my book “Slow Living: Cultivating a Life of Purpose in a Hustle-Driven World.”

This is something that has taken me some time to get all of my thoughts onto paper and I couldn’t be more happy to finally share it with you!

It is my hope that this book will bring you some peace and help you to live a slow life.

 

Here is a bit of how the book is structured:

 

It’s impossible to believe you can control all your thoughts, and anyone who preaches that you can completely erase all human suffering and natural disasters by simply “thinking better” isn’t being honest. 


--> So how can you drastically change your life for the better? Even change the world around you? 

By being thoughtful and methodical and by taking teeny tiny baby steps forward in each aspect of your life, every day.

And this is what I teach in this new book.


I strongly believe that we do not live in a one-size fits-all world, but if you are looking for a formula to stick onto your refrigerator or write in your journal, it’s this: 

Mindset + Action + Consistency = Success.

I have broken this formula into bite-sized pieces for you within the new Slow Living book.

This book is broken into four parts and includes the exact steps I use with my clients to thoughtfully change the trajectory of their lives for the better. It includes practical and time-tested advice that spans socioeconomic segments.

 

Part 1: Mindset—the Why

In this first part, we will define Slow Living and explain how purposefully slowing down and stepping away from hustle culture is the key to long-term success. I will also lay out how to “step into” a thought that feels good as you move toward your goals in a purposeful way.

 

Part 2: The Five Steps to Slow Living—the How
This second section teaches the step-by-step approach to creating a slow, steady, and sustainable life in a way that feels good to you. If you’re looking for checklists and a paint-by-numbers guide, this is it.

 

Part 3: The Peace Pyramid—the Reward

In this part, we will apply the action steps learned in Part 2 to every portion of your life. After taking the time to lay the foundational components of your life in a thoughtful and sustainable way, you’ll begin to feel a sense of peace and purpose—which is the fun part of a life well lived!

 

Part 4: Walking It Out—the Journey

In this section, you’ll learn that the things you do every day define you. You’ll also learn practical ways to keep moving forward in a consistent way toward your goals and dream life through the ups, downs, and all-arounds of real life.
