Seafood

Yes. You really can cook seafood in fish in the slow cooker. And it's not gross. I promise.

Before I started using my slow cooker every day, I was under the false impression that there just truly wasn't a way to cook fish.

The idea of fish in the crockpot conjured up BAD IMAGERY. Until I figured out the secret: parchment paper or foil packets.

This *truly* is a SUPERB way to cook fish -- our absolute favorite recipe and what I recommend for all beginners is the Parmesan Tilapia.

All recipes are completely gluten-free. If you are not gluten-free, simply ignore my notes, or file them away in case you ever need to cook for someone with a gluten sensitivity.
